If you've lost an item on a Porter Airlines flight, here’s what to do: ✈️ 1. At the airport (checked baggage missing or item lost onboard) If checked baggage is missing at arrival, report it within 4 hours of landing to Porter airport staff. They'll help you submit a WorldTracer baggage tracking report on the spot and provide a reference number You’ll receive a Delayed Baggage Report (reference number) and updates via Porter’s system. 📱 2. After leaving the airport If you're no longer at the airport, you have up to 5 days after arrival to file a report in writing or online via Porter’s baggage tracking system. 3. Share AirTag or Find My location (if used) Porter now supports Apple’s Share Item Location feature. If you used an AirTag or other Find My accessory in your baggage, you can securely share the link with Porter to help track your missing items. The feature expires automatically after 7 days once you're reunited with your bag.
