Pulkovo Airport (St. Petersburg) is not legally responsible for all lost items—but they do manage a Lost and Found service to assist passengers in recovering them.
To report a lost item at Pulkovo International Airport, , here’s what you need to do: 1. For Lost or Damaged Checked Baggage Immediately, stay in the baggage claim area and approach the Baggage Search Desk (“Розыск багажа” counter). Show your baggage tags and boarding pass—the staff will fill out a report on the spot. If you leave the area without filing a report, only the airline can decide to accept one later. ✅ You’ll receive a form detailing your report and instructions on next steps and tracking. 2. For Personal Belongings Lost In the Terminal or On Board Head to Office 1229 (Lost & Found desk) in the public arrivals zone on First Floor, Terminal. Office hours: 08:00–20:00.
